Canceling the transaction

It is possible when the car becomes unavailable in the event of an accident or breakdown occurring between the time of booking and the time of delivery.

Reimbursement is made within 2-4 working days, exclusively to the account from which the payment was made.

The amount refunded will be the same as originally paid.

If the car has been delivered, the warranty reimbursement will be made after the conclusion of the minutes. If the car has suffered damage, or has traveled more kilometers than those included according to the contract, the warranty will be retained.

If the rented car is returned by the customer earlier than the contracted term, E-moove is not obliged to refund any difference.

For payments by money order, the same cancellation policy applies as for payments by bank card.
